# Wins from the Flywheel

Members and clients running their own Flywheels, in the posts they wrote at the time: more coins, borrowing that pays for itself, and calm when the market falls.

*Individual experiences, as members posted them. Results vary, and nothing here is financial advice.*

## What it has added, in coins

The Flywheel Tracker's record of one client's Flywheel. The client agreed to share it; their name and wallets stay private. The Flywheel Tracker for one client: units accumulated, +1.0833 BTC, +2.5636 ETH, and +2,125.8616 SOL, beside a net worth of $513,478 and $328,188 accumulated. ## Start to finish

### Ten months, one Flywheel

H.H., member. In March he called it a marathon, not a sprint. By October he had run the Flywheel through a fall and come out holding more coins.

1. In for the long run: A five-star Trustpilot review from March 2026: a long career in traditional finance, coaching from the team, and "a marathon and not a sprint", with results to share in twelve months. Names and photos are blurred. (H.H., member, 2026-03, Trustpilot, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/review-hh.webp))
2. Buys the fall: "you'll be pleased to learn my WBTC/USDT LP is in the red and out of range (lower end)… Do I mobilise my second entry for WBTC as per our agreed flywheel strategy now?" (H.H., member, 2026-06, Circle DM)
3. Sleeps better: A member's comment on a thread about a 2X long: he would stay away from leverage and stick to the Flywheel, which gives him a better night's sleep. Names and photos are blurred. (H.H., member, 2026-09, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/better-nights-sleep.webp))
4. Part 1, done: "we've already successfully worked through the flywheel in the way down and managed to accumulate a healthy level of tokens. So part 1 has been a real success for me." (H.H., member, 2026-10, Circle DM)

### From afraid to execute, to total confidence

P.K., member. On January 31st he asked for help, afraid to execute. Two weeks later, after calls with the team, he was executing his first big position.

1. Asks for help: A member's post titled Please help me understand the FlyWheel, setting out a 500K Flywheel: collateral on Aave, a loan against BTC into BTC and stable pools, and a drawdown plan at -15%, -30% and -50%. Names and photos are blurred. (P.K., member, 2026-01, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/help-me-understand.webp))
2. Gets a plan: The same member's comment two weeks later: the team explained it on calls, a plan is being written for his case, and the community was worth every penny. Names and photos are blurred. (P.K., member, 2026-02, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/worth-every-penny.webp))
3. Executes: His five-star Trustpilot review: after one-on-one calls and a custom report everything clicked, and he is executing his first big WBTC/USDT position with total confidence to accumulate more BTC. Names and photos are blurred. (P.K., member, 2026-02, Trustpilot, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/review-pk.webp))

## Wins, part by part

### The Core: More coins, not fewer

The Flywheel is measured in units. When prices fall its pools and its Reserve buy, and the coins in the Core go up.

- A member's post titled What does success look like?: during the bear market, when the goal was accumulation, the right metric was portfolio value in BTC, not USD. Names and photos are blurred. (R.M., member, 2026-10, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/success-in-btc.webp))
- "Every time BTC converts through the lend/borrow cycle, and that converted BTC is added back into collateral while sidelined stables restart the BTC/USDC pool, the system is quietly accumulating more BTC when prices are low… that 'loss' is the mechanism that builds inventory… reframing them as accumulation opportunities makes them much easier to stomach." (J.C., member, 2025-11, Circle DM)
- "Essentially have managed to double my accumulation of SOL… + accumulated 1 BTC. This should bode well in the bull market." (H.H., member, 2026-10, Circle DM)
- A member's comment: he runs the Flywheel to accumulate more BTC through the loans, and will convert back above his break-even target. Names and photos are blurred. (S.K., member, 2026-08, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/via-the-loans.webp))

### The Engine: Borrowing that pays for itself

The Core is never sold. It is borrowed against, and the borrowed money goes to work in pools whose fees cover the loan.

- "I have borrowed 18K from Aave and put back $10K in BTC collateral… My LP's + fees now totally cover my loan. I could close all the LP's today, payback the loan and be a happy person… the realization that the loan can be serviced in a methodical manner is a feeling of stress leaving the body like no other. Thank you for helping me get here!" (M.M., member, 2026-09, Circle DM)
- A member's challenge entry, Long-term strategy and gameplan: accumulate Bitcoin, borrow stablecoins against it at a conservative loan to value, and put them in liquidity pools. Names and photos are blurred. (Ł.P., member, 2025-08, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/core-is-bitcoin.webp))
- A member's post titled Just sayin' thanks!: fully deployed, withdrawing earnings to supplement his retirement income, and probably able to keep all his bitcoin. Names and photos are blurred. (B.B., member, 2025-09, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/keep-all-my-bitcoin.webp))
- A member's post, one month in, setting out his framework: a HODL and collateral layer, a borrowing layer, and an income layer. Names and photos are blurred. (P.S., member, 2026-09, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/layers-own-words.webp))

### The Reserve: Calm when the market falls

A fall is what the Reserve is for. Members borrow carefully, keep a health factor that holds, and buy on the way down.

- A member's message after the April 2026 lending-market contagion: a conservative approach to borrowing, pools that stayed in range, and a system that withstood real stress. Names and photos are blurred. (J.H., member, 2026-04, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/contagion.webp))
- A member's post the day after the October 2025 crash, titled After the Drop: What I'm Learning: raise the health factor and cut the loan to value, no panic exits from pools, stables held for staged buys, and systems over emotions. Names and photos are blurred. (S.B., member, 2025-10, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/after-the-drop.webp))
- "I have a loan health rate above 3.6 so I know I have a bit of ammo… leaving it as dry powder for 2nd entry." (H.H., member, 2026-04, Circle DM)
- A member's post thanking the team: a written review of his pool, out of range after a dip and back in range five days later, having bought cbBTC with SOL on the way down. Names and photos are blurred. (S.K., member, 2026-05, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/recovered.webp))

### The Plan: A method that makes sense

The Plan is written before the market moves. What members say changed first is how they think about their portfolio.

- A member's post titled Chasing APR mistake: a price chart marked stake and lend, borrow and deploy, repay loans, and repay loans and stack stables. Names and photos are blurred. (L.D., member, 2026-07, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/chasing-apr.webp))
- "And the flywheel to me is nothing short of, forgive my language, F#%^ing Genius!" (A client, client, 2026-05, Call with the team)
- A member's comment on Joshua's Portfolio Flywheel post: a masterclass in execution, and beyond grateful. Names and photos are blurred. (C.E., member, 2026-08, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/masterclass.webp))
- A member's post after a Fortnightly Flywheel: the discussion of top and bottom zones for the next cycle, and a meeting that prepares members for decisions years from now. (P.S., member, 2026-10, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/years-from-now.webp))
- A member's comment on a weekly checklist: he understood much more than the week before, after the videos and a call with the team. Names and photos are blurred. (C.E., member, 2026-04, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/understood-more.webp))

### The whole wheel: Flywheels of their own

The Flywheel is a method, so members build their own: three pools, a HYPE Flywheel, a Core cut down to the coins they believe in.

- A member's comment: running a 3-pool flywheel with a systematic passive approach, shaped after the July Bootcamp. Names and photos are blurred. (S.B., member, 2025-08, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/three-pool.webp))
- "reduced my entire crypto holdings into 3 tokens (BTC, ETH, SOL)… all been added back as supplied collateral… despite holding more than 35 tokens before joining buildrwealth." (H.H., member, 2026-10, Circle DM)
- A member's comment on the first members' Flywheel session in November 2024: following along and putting in his own numbers as he thought about his own Flywheel. Names and photos are blurred. (T.E., member, 2024-11, Circle, [screenshot](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/my-own-flywheel.webp))
- "I took a little bit of everything and put a new flywheel together… total position size in ProjectX is around 30K… pools are averaging around 30-40%." (R.H., member, 2026-05, Circle DM)

## From the members' live session

Every two weeks, members and the team work through the market live. Two moments from October.

- Don't sell your collateral: "Please do not sell your collateral to go into exciting pools. Borrow against it, buy those assets, then go into the pool." (Joshua, team, 2026-10, [video](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/collateral-clip.mp4))
- Bull runs are only easy if you prepared: "Some people may think that investing in crypto in the bull run is easy. But it's easy only for those who are prepared for it." (Kons, team, 2026-10, [video](https://cryptoflywheel.com/wins/bull-run-clip.mp4))
